“I am having some problems with the scale or resolution when I plug my mac pro to this monitor. I am getting black bars around the image and seem s impossible to rid of them. Do you know how to have a full-scale image into the monitor?”

Have you tried going to screen resolution in settings and turning that to a higher screen resolution? Sometimes it can be that the computer and the monitor are having a hard time syncing the image properly to the screen. But usually it’s a problem with the resolution so I’d play around with that first.
