Same thing happened to us, we got no instructions before and are still waiting for Best Buy to help us.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Similar thing just happened to me. Installers said I needed special carpentry to bolt it in. Said they couldn’t install it. Maybe the could leave it in my garage until I did the carpentry work then reschedule another appointment weeks from now to have it installed. Best Buy’s terrible answer was “return it”. So I did. Terrible customer service and poor communication of prep needed to install on Best Buy’s part. Samsung better get on top of this because nobody is ever going to be able to use their refrigerator.
