• There seems to be some Samsung issues with display and only replacing it can solve the problem check out rhis below and on Samsung web no software fix or reset fixes the bad touch screen and or and mind of its own problem https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chromebook-central/CJLkh2XG3Nk;context-place=forum/chromebook-central
