• I can't say for sure but, many tablets are not set up for added memory more than 32G and I don't know if yours is one of them. I know my Verizon tablet will not work properly if I put in a chip greater than 32G.

• It will work as long as the device supports an external SD card. You also need to check the max SD card size for your device.
