I have used this on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 as well, and it is superb, just know that once you insert it, if you try to format it for another device, it will no longer be used neither on your tablet or on your other device you used to check out the card, did this and it was my mistake.

IF your Galaxy Tablet takes Micro SD's Cards' than I don't see why not.
