Hello, the uhs-1 is plenty to play a video...unless your looking for playing 4K video's . The uhs-3 class supports 4K video streaming and playback. Just depends on if that's important to you or not.

According to netflix, streaming an UHD movie (4K movie) requires 25 mega bits per second. This is also the speed that you have to be able to read from the microSD card to play a UHD movie. The two cards you mentioned support read speeds that are much faster (EVO+ is 25 times faster, Pro+ is 30 times faster). So get the cheapest one :-)

I think most of the Micro SD cards are class 10 and those work great in any phone or tablet. All the cards I have bought work great with no speed problems. I would recommend buying a larger card if you want music and movies on it. If you swap cards there may be playback issues.

Transferring the movie on the sd card however might take longer with a 20mb/s than with an 80mb/s memory card. In your case the UHS-1 is more than enough to run a movie.
