A:Answer I’m inclined to say yes. The Samsung Evo Plus with SD Adapter is a very good piece of hardware, this is from a non Tech person. As to whether it is a mini TC card, if you mean TF or Micro SD card, then yes.
These micro SD cards are Basically Mini Flash Drives that hold a lot of memory, have good Transfer speeds and are very versatile. They can be used in cellphones, cameras, some camcorders, action cameras, Drones and even some Night Vision devices.
Are these the best? No. Samsung makes better ones, as do Sandisk, PNY and several others.
Though, they are right up there and for the price point, that makes them even better. I use them in many different devices with different applications and they perform well.
I highly recommend them.
