• Yes, You get to pick the style of Ice....Crushed or regular on the panel above the ice and water.

• It does crushed and cubed ice. The selection is made just above the dispenser on the door. If you zoom in on the product pictures, you'll see the "Cubed Ice" "Crushed Ice" options present.
