The ice maker is the exact opposite, slow and have had so many visits from Geek Squad. If you do not get a Geek warranty expect to see zero help from Samsung. The total number of trips on this issue is the first becomes a total of 3, they do not bring any parts on the first visit. Two more to get parts which were shipped to our home without informing us of that. Later, on the 4th visit months later they, of course, end up making a total of 2, Silicone use was to help better seal the ice maker. Had to call this week again on zero ice making. Geek member said He will replace the entire ice maker which would helpfully fix everything as there is a circuit board that may fix things. The towel he used on the floor to capture steam melting of ice, which He later "wipes" the inside of refrigerator ice location internally. Wife felt like throwing up. Getting a refund for a different model. Always buy a Geek Squad warranty, you will need it. Samsung is not able to build an icemaking machine. The panel has a check refrigerator which doesn't do anything when it clearly has an issue. The "remote assistance" panel doesn't allow any off-site help.
