“I am having trouble getting bixby to work. It doesn't work 8 times out of 10. I have reset the refrigerator but it still does not work when I really need it. It says something went wrong let's try again to no avail. How do I keep it working. ugh”

• Check your microphone and pump up the volume. Then, click on bixby app and stat talking to bixby and make sure your WiFi is connected . If this didn't work then you need to call the customer support to help you out..
