Start at the beginning. 1) do you have the original charge cord the base came with 2) ensure all cords are properly plugged in 3) make sure the phone is seated properly (I have noticed if improper seating it will not charge on occasion) 4) Re-start your device (Turn off, and turn back on) 5) Try a different plug in the house

Please try again later.Your charger may have become defective, I've read in some of the reviews before I purchased mine that some people's just stopped working like yours did. Try to find another phone that is qi capable and see if your charger will work on it and if not your unit is most likely defective now.
