Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Per the user's manual, the LED colors function as listed below. However, based on the question, it seems the lights don't work as described for the iPhone, but the manual also states "The indicator light may work differently depending on the mobile device or the wireless charging cover". Blue → Green → Cyan - When connected to a power outlet Blue When charging Green When fully charged Cyan When charging at low power (less than 5 V/2 A) Flashing blue When not charging properly due to a general error Off When the mobile device is removed from the wireless charger or when the wireless charger is not connected to a power outlet
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There's no issue this is how it works. There is no green light. It just turns blue when the phone is on and charging even if it is fully charged.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use this with my S8 and the led works right.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use mine with an iPhone 8 plus, and not had any issues. I did have an issues when i have a magnet piece in the case for use with a wireless car charging doc that i think affected the wireless charging on the Samsung dock, but once i returned that car dock and took out that magenet piece, i had 0 issues with it charging after that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.LED doesn't seem to change for iPhone. I bought one in the old packaging (white box), and exchanged for one in the new packaging (black box) thinking the first was defective. Both units perform the same. Light doesn't change to green when iPhone is fully charged.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah, I was wondering this as well. I guess it doesn't turn green for iphones... silly Samsung charger.
