• No, you have to charge it at least 3hrs. When its fully charged the lights on the charger, lights up completely.

• The one I bought stated it was changed. It was! Saved my butt! It’s located at the bottom left side of the front cover. It tells you it is. I hope this helps!!!

• Does come with juice to it. But not a full charge. Recommend charging it to full, before using it.. it will take sometime to charge you device. But you can hang the loop on you finger to still text or talk.
