Will this work with Samsung S9+? null

I WOULD IMAGINE THAT THE CONNECTION TO THE PHONE IS A STANDARD USB CONNECTION TO THE END(BOTTOM) OF YOUR PHONE AND IT SHOULD WORK. IT WORKED ON TWO DIFFERENT PHONES OF MINE THAT WERE PURCHASED AT T-MOBILE. iT SEEMS THAT MOST PHONE HAVE A STANDARD SIZE USB CONNECTION ON THE END OF THE PHONE SO IT SHOULD WORK. WOULD RECOMMEND YOU BRING YOUR PHONE TO THE STORE HAND SHOW YOUR PHONE'S CONNECTION TO THE SALES PERSON TO SEE IF THEY BELIEVE IT WILL WORK ON YOUR PHONE PRIOR TO YOUR PURCHASE.

Yes, as long as you have the correct cable. USB to the battery, and MICRO or TYPE C whichever your 9+ is.
