Hi, usb drives are backwards compatible. Usually when a device can't read the drive is when the format is incompatible. Check the drive format on your PC. If it is NTFS or exFATtry to reformat the drive to FAT 32. Then see if that works on your car. Thus is a super fast card that your card will never be able to take advantage of though, so I suggest you can use this drive o. Your computer and just get any usb 2.0 or higher drive to use on your car, as the speed won't make any difference for use in a car. Enjoy.
