This oven has 1 oven cavity however it has a divider and has separate convection fans for each half. The upper section door opens without opening the bottom if you are only using 1/2.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The "Flex" Duo is flexible. The reason we chose this over other 2-door options is because you really get the best in terms of space. Want a 1/2 door or a full traditional oven? Just add or remove the flex divider (it can also slide under in warming drawer beneath for storage). Other double ovens have "fixed" separated spaces. Basically, they eliminated their lower storage / warming drawers. Samsung did a very nice job with this design! We had to travel a ways to actually see this up close, as not all stores have it on display. With this said, if you're ordering for delivery without seeing it -- you'll really love it. Really wonderful, sleek, and excellent innovation.
