Hi Max, Congratulations on your new Samsung range. Let me help with what you are experiencing when using the oven for pizza. When using the oven for fresh pizza, it is recommended to use the bottommost rack (rack 1) and in single mode. If pizza is frozen, it is recommended to use the lowest rack of the upper oven or 2nd lowest rack of the bottom oven. I have also shared a Samsung link below that will help.
