- Answer This stove does not have a lot of stainless showing with the black top and the glass windows in the door. I haven't noticed a problem with fingerprints showing on my stove.

- Answer Thanks for the question. Samsung doesn't currently offer a Range Hood as part of its line-up. However, Samsung does have Over The Range Microwaves available in Black Stainless, including the ME21H706MQG and ME18H704SFG, which include 400 CFM cook top exhaust fans. - Ms. Samsung

QuestionIs the back panel recessed at the bottom to accommodate a floor outlet?We have a floor mounted power outlet for our current range, which measures 4.5" L X 3" D X 2.5" H (3.5" high when including the range power cord). Our existing range is recessed at the bottom of the back panel, so the range slides right over the outlet. Some ranges have back panels which run straight from top to bottom, so will not accommodate a floor outlet. I can find no diagrams or photos online of the range back. Can anyone help out here? Here's a picture of our floor outlet which is attached to our tile floor. Thank you!

- Answer Our plug is mounted on the floor. They didn't have any problem installing it with the placement of our plug. The quarter round trim on the left and right of the cabinets in that space had to be removed. When they delivered our fridge they told us we had to remove the baseboard behind the stove if we wanted the bracket mounted.

- Answer No other color is available that I know of. The stainless steel is not shiny. It's more of a dull color. Fingerprints don't really show.

QuestionMy Samsung Flex Oven Door does not stay shut and heat escapes, light comes on. I don't want to pay hundreds of dollars to fix this. Also to add, . I do not recommend buying the double door unit. It does not cook properly unless the divider is out.

To answer your question about why the Bottom oven will not hold temperature with the divider in A few double-oven ranges have two ovens of the same size, with each oven offering about half the capacity of a traditional single oven. QuestionI have a Samsung Electric Range NE59J7850. Self clean has worked before. Today I press Self Clean and get a "Hot" showing up. No elements are on and no heat generated. Any ideas?

- Answer Did you check your User's Manual in the Trouble Shooting section? It may tell you something, otherwise, I would call in service. Hopefully you are still under warranty. My advice is always buy the extended warranty offered. It has saved us on numerus occasions.

- Answer The owner's Manual does not mention removing the divider. It says only to remove wire racks, broil pan, broil pan insert, all cookware and any aluminum foil from the oven.

QuestionCan you open the top and bottom oven door simultaneously?

- Answer You can open just the top door, or you can open the entire front door as one unit. You can not open the bottom door only. So yes, if you open the bottom oven, the top oven is also open. Grab the handle and open and you have opened the entire front. Squeeze the lever on the handle, and you open only the top oven. Those are the only 2 options.
