“Which oven and in which level should I cook a homemade pizza or pies to assure I get a crisp crust. When I cook in the upper oven, the crust is often not crisp while the top get over done. Should i use the Lower oven to get the crisp crust???”

I'm so glad you asked! Page 28 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3nA0JKT) recommends cooking pizza using the 2nd rack position in Single mode or the 2nd rack position of the lower oven in Twin mode for crispy bottoms. ^Jecca
