No it does not. But you can clip it on the spine and it holds it really well.

No, it has no place for the pen - unless you have it in a tilted position, then you can lay the pen on the magnetic strip and it will stick.

I would say no. I have read that others are using the magnetic strips on the cover to place the pen. However, this leaves it open, and basically just barely hanging on. It could be knocked off or fall off easily. And at the cost of replacement I would not carry it in this manner.

It doesn't have an official holder for the S pen, but it can be easily clipped onto the spine of the case or the clip on the pencil can be held in place by one of the magnetic strips as well, but that isn't very secure.

It has two strips on the front that will let you magnetize the Spen to.
