Samsung gives you a one year warranty and I purchased 3 additional years from Best Buy. Didn't check where it was manufactured, I assumed it either was made in South Korea or parts came from multiple countries. I had it fully charged and then unplugged it unused for a week and it held 99% of its power. When used it depends on how much it's used, how bright the screen ( the Exceptional screen quality will use extra power ) and other features you are using. Full usage about 5 to 6 hours.
