Q: QuestionIn 2022 we bought a cellphone at Best Buy that was advertised as having wi-fi calling. However, Verizon, did not enable wi-fi calling. Verizonsaid if we bought the phone from them it would have had wi-fi calling. Will the same happen with the Samsung a15?

• A:Answer The A15 and the A15 5G are two different phones so I bought the A15 5G and use straight talk and it was easy to turn on wifi calling in settings by just clicking yes to wifi calling . Verizon is the parent company to the Walmart Phone services . A lot of my calls show as WIFI calling because I live in Hottervile and have places publicly marked as to signal and no signal and I bought from Best Buy .

• A:Answer I have just got an A15 and have this same question. I am actually getting calls, texts and data but can't access my voicemail. Guy at Xfinity store said A series Samsung and all Motorola phones are not 'compatible' - he seemed to be surprised what was actually working.. Seems Xfinity wants to sell these phones themselves (they actually sell the A15 but I wanted the light blue so got at Best Buy), but only 'their' model is considered compatible..... I'm only around 2 more months for Xfinity mobile so keeping the phone (while the combined home internet/mobile plan is great, I've had lots of issues on the mobile side so will go back to T-Mobile most likely).
