    • Answer Yes they are brand new unlocked in sealed pack. I bought two of them for my parents and they are extremely happy. I do not see any short comings. It has the ear phone jack, that was helpful for my dad who recently had a pacemaker. Only good phone that has the 3.5mm jack that can keep all radiations far. Good value for the money.
