  • QuestionI have an A71 that suddenly locked up and asked for a password which it never had. I am locked out of all my data. I see the A16 will accept my old data IF the locked phone will allow it. I don't want to pay for a repair just to unlock the A71.

    Asked by Michael.

    • Answer My phone locked up for no apparent reason and i went to the Geek Squad for help. The phone was taken into the back for someone else to look at. When returned, the young lady I gave my phone to had no explanation as to what the problem was. Someone i know suggested Gemini, the new built in feature in Samsung phones may be the problem. My phone akways runs very hot btw
