• I can’t tell you why but I think it issues GSM. Check if that mint mobile isn’t CDMA technology .

• I was thinking the same thing, but online it says anything compatible with T-Mobile should work. I'm guessing it hasn't made it on the compatibility checker since it's been out less than a month. Hoping to replace my old phone, likely the same as you.
