• Have the same problem. Told phone was compatible with T-mobile when I bought it but half the time I cant make a call. Had diagnostic test run, nothing wrong with the phone. Best Buy was no help, wouldn't give me a refund or exchange.

• If your using wifi you might need to reboot your router and i would plug it into the router and see if your phone works any better. Also using a extender to boost your connection
