“Is this phone supposed to come with ear buds and a case? Mine did not... and I'm wondering why.”

• The person who answered this before me was mistaken about the S series still having headphones, the S series doesn't come with anything but a cord to charge it, even the new fold doesn't come with anything extra.

• The Samsung Galaxy A series model smartphone doesn't carry a case and ear buds,but the Samsung Galaxy S series does carry ear buds with wired headset; the cases are optional for the Samsung Galaxy A series and Samsung Galaxy S series model.
