Q: QuestionI am considering purchasing the SAMSUNG Galaxy A51 (Unlocked) Cell Phone. Unlocked does it mean Universal? My girlfriend lives in Cameroon has an older SAMSUNG S3 Model there, will the A51 work there if she transfers her SIM Card into the new A51?
