“I just bought this phone from you guys and when attempting to connect both of my SIM cards in the phone - it is not working. After talking to my Verizon rep - they said it is NOT dual sim like it was advertised. Who is right? You or Verizon?”

I also had problems getting the second SIM to load. Unfortunately, Encountered a catastrophic event where it was unable to be recovered, This was before I could tech it with Samsung.
