A:AnswerIt will work on CDMA and GSM networks but the only caveat is that the 5G on the Samsung A52 5G does not support Verizon's UWB (Ultra Wide Band) for 5G. It will still use Verizon's 5G but if only Ultra Wide Band is available where you are then you won't get the best speeds.
The different bands/standards are so confusing that you have to do a lot of research into them. If you buy a phone from your carrier it will support whatever bands they use.
A:AnswerYes! This phone has a headphone jack (was just at Best Buy yesterday & checked out this phone) ... & just for info, also has a micro sd card slot. Many phones these days have neither.
A:AnswerYes. I use Verizon and the Unlocked Model sold at Best Buy supports CDMA & GSM Providers. I own a Galaxy A52 5G Unlocked bought from Best Buy using Verizon Wireless 5G
A:AnswerThis model sold at Best Buy is compatible with both GSM and CDMA Providers. There are other varients versions of this device, and you more than likely were reading about the international version which only supports GSM Providers. That version also doesn't support 5G. So you have to be careful when doing research, because getting all of the model varients and other competing with it such as Galaxy A32 and A72 all have different qualities depending on where in the world you are located and even how much your willing to spend.
A:AnswerYes, you have 4 options if you go to settings, connections, mobile networks, network mode:
1. 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
2. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
3. 3G/2G (auto connect)
4. 2G only
A:AnswerYes, I popped the SIM from my old phone into it and it worked right away. Good 5G speeds in certain areas. It's supposed to support their Band71 (4G and N71 5G).

A:AnswerJust picked one up in colorado, the phone is dual physical sim, but in only works with us carriers not international.l, returning because of this
A:AnswerYes you can, I did exactly that a few weeks ago. The phone will update and you may need to restart a few times for it to re-register on the network.
I am very pleased with the phone. I think it's excellent for the money.
A:AnswerIt is a US version, but I use my unlocked phone when I travel to Australia. I just buy a SIM card there, take out the US one (where I keep it safe), & insert the new SIM card from Australia. That way, I can contact my friends when I visit there & have access to Google maps for that area.
A:AnswerSamsung reps. Would you just answer the questions concisely and not put all the thank you and repeating the question. It would make reading through the questions so much easier and faster.
