• A:Answer There is a SIM tool in the box. It is located on the back of of the documentation box in the lid. On the top of the phone there is a littles hole to push the SIM tool into and the tray will pop up. You do have to be careful I think there are two small holes on the top. One is for the SIM and the other is a Mic. If you push it in to the Mic hole, it could damage the microphone and that could impact the noise cancellation during calls. I hope this helps.

• A:Answer Mine did the same I could only get calls or text when connected to wi-fi. I took the phone back the gentleman opened the drawer for the SIM card and it had moved out of the slot designed for it so was not active. Just go back to Best Buy the will simply re-insert the SIM and mine now works beautifully.

• A:Answer From what I have tried, it does NOT have the FM Radio enabled, for some inexplicable reason. There's no reason NOT to have it enabled, and other Samsung phones do have this available, so it's a huge fail on their part; for example, if there's a weather disaster that takes out cell towers near you, FM radio would be very important to have for life-saving information, and this very situation has played out multiple times throughout our country recently. I tried using the NextRadio app, and it tells you immediately that the FM Radio feature is not available on the A52 5G (and that means it was intentionally *disabled*, as every modern phone has the capability to do this). It's a joke that it's not enabled here. Maybe Samsung can work on that in a firmware update? (Of course, they could - but they won't.)

Q: QuestionJust got the Galaxy A52 5G 128GB. Consumer Cellular. As soon as I make a call, it goes straight to call ended and if someone calls me, it goes straight to my voicemail. I was told it has to do with the VoLTE and 5G towers. Any thoughts?

• A:Answer The Samsung A52 5G is 189 grams (189g) = 0.4lbs. It's probably better to look up the weight of your existing smart phone and compare a new phone to that. A71 is probably 185g.

• A:Answer The US only gets black. Probably because you'll probably end up getting a case. Only international models come in the different colors. That may change in the future but I doubt it. But don't get the international version (unless you do a lot of international travel) because those support less cell bands/frequencies than the US version.
