First off, I don’t own this phone. Bestbuy sold a phone that wasn’t the unlocked,to me, and said it was unlocked. When I took the phone back they had the courage to charge me $45 in restocking fees. Isn’t that criminal? Yes it is! How can you charge a customer for giving him the wrong product?

All i csn say is had the same problem with best buy. Told ne it would work and it didnt. Brand new in box and the best the manager would offer was 30% off a different one when you know full well theyll sell it as open box and still make a profit. Dont buy stuff at bedt buy
