    • Answer If you're talking about a software update go to Settings, then scroll down and select Software Update, then turn off Auto download over Wi-Fi, now you can click on Download and Install and it will tell you if your phone system's up to date. if not you will be able to select and install.

  • QuestionWill this a52 work on verizon network in the US? If so is there an option to switch between 5 g and 4 g ?

    • Answer It's in the menu to switch between the two. I think it's kind of cumbersome if you want to switch a lot. 5G is off when it's on Wifi. It supposed to work on Verizon but doesn't support their Ultra WIde Band 5G (UWB). There might be a UWB version but they typically cost $100 more judging by other UWB models that came out for Verizon.

    • Answer Not it is not at all. But, if you take the back off(which would pretty much void any warranty) you can switch out the better if need be. I advise u ask an expert to do so if it is nessacary.

    • Answer Yes, it will work on Verizon 4G LTE Networks, but will NOT work on its 5G networks. You should either get a Verizon 5G phone (usually called "5G UW"), or get the normal 4G LTE version.
