“I want this phone but I've read some reviews that are saying it's not actually unlocked even thou it says it is? & Which prepaid carries will this work with?”

Hi @Ally It shows the phone to be unlocked and to have Carrier Compatibility with AT&T, Cricket, MetroPCS, Sprint, T-Mobile, TRACFONE, US Cellular, Verizon. Roy, AT&T Community Specialist

The A71 5G is DEFINITELY unlocked and works with all 4 major carriers (T-mobile, Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon) and their lower cost spin offs like Boost, Metro PCS, etc. ... BUT, if you want to use it for Xfinity Mobile, you will have to buy the Galaxy A71-UW version that is locked to Verizon. The regular A71 5G will NOT work with Xfinity Mobile...
