This is the current Generation Alpha Product released by Samsung. Unfortunately, they do not advertise their Alpha line as much as the Flex and Pro Lines of Ultrabooks they make, and this unit was more of a silent drop on Samsung and BestBuys website at the beginning of May with a May 14th release date. But, yes to answer your question this Flex 2 Alpha is far more superior to the Samsung Ion Product Line.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think the Flex is a 2-in-1 so it can be used as a tablet or a laptop. while the ion is just a laptop (no touch screen) I think that is the big difference between the 2. and I think this is a new model just released recently.
