QuestionOkay no usb type A, How about USB type C etc? Only thing listed in specs under connectivity is Bluetooth. Is there no other way than Bluetooth to connect peripherals to this laptop?

- Answer There are two USB-C ports and one Thunderbolt 4 port. Also a 3.5" headphone jack and SD card slot.

QuestionFor that much money, why would this not have a 4k screen? My s21 ultra has 16gb ram and 512gb ssd....and it does 1440p This makes no sense as a current device

- Answer I only have a surface pro 5 and am looking into buying this, and I can tell you that palm rejection works great on any other app but whiteboard, so I personally think it's an app issue rather than palm rejection capability itself.

- Answer I don't believe you can disable the keyboard keys but you can disable the trackpad by pressing Fn+F5. It is difficult to use in tablet mode if you are holding it the device folded.

- Answer I think it depends on how the Best Buy you purchased it at packaged it. I bought mine refurbished and it did not come with an S Pen but at a really good price.
