Your charging problem is the only one I don't have. This is not a good product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Literally as I read this I have my Galaxy Book on the charger. I just reached over to feel the charger, and it was very warm but I wouldn't call it hot. The light on the Galaxy Book was solid red,(really no indication that it is, or is not charging) but it turned green before I looked away. It was below 30%, and had been on the charger for approximately 40 minutes + or -. Upon opening, and launching it, the light turned blue, and the battery indicator shows it at 100%. I disconnected the charger as I do not usually run with it plugged in.
