• The S pen is not included with the purchase of this product, it is separate, however if you are willing to shed a couple more hundred bucks, the Galaxy Book 2 360 Pro has the S pen included in the box

• No. I believe the pro model might. I bought an S Pen Pro that works and is able to do air actions draw and have pressure sensitivity.
