“The processor speed listed in the tech specs of 1.8 ghz seems low for a Core 7 Intel machine. Is 1.8ghz the max speed or is there higher clock speed (like called turbo in some cases) that I should consider?”

The Galaxy Book4 360's 1.8 GHz represents its operating speed under normal conditions, but the processor can flex to a much faster speed when needed.
