    • Answer There is not any user-replaceable ram in this computer. It might be socketed inside, but I doubt it. You would have to completely take the computer apart just to see if you can expand.

  • QuestionIf you put a screenprotector on this model would the pen still work?

    • Answer I installed an anti-glare screen protector on mine, and the S-pen still works with no issues. The only thing that I've noticed is that the screen protector is wearing the tip of the pen down, but it should come with 3 replacement tips.

  • QuestionIs this computer okay for gaming? I'm a student, and I want a laptop that's touch-screen/2-in-1 and isn't too bulky but is still able to handle games like Roblox, TS4, Fortnite, Genshin, etc. Would this be a good fit?

    • Answer From my testing, it has run any game I've thrown at it including Roblox, GTA IV, GTA V, Satisfactory, Geometry Dash, and BeamNG Drive. I would say this computer is a good fit. Important to note is that the computer will get very hot when running these games. I see no reason why it wouldn't be able to run TS4, Fortnite, or Genshin.
