“I have a pair of Samsung Galaxy live earbuds.. I downloaded the app on my phone so I could use the extra features yesterday but it will not connect my earbuds to the app it says it's connected but I cannot use the functions of the app. How do I go about ?”

• Go to your Bluetooth settings and it should pop up

• Firs update the app if it is not updated and disconnect (forget) the bluetooth and re connect it again. To use the functions specially the noise canceling function you need to wear both ear buds.
