• It depends on how old the TV is and if it is a "Smart" TV. Most of their newer smart type models support connecting to external Bluetooth speakers which should allow connectivity to the Samsung Galaxy Bud lineup. I would check on Samsungs support page for either the Buds or the TV model you have and it should tell you about your specific model, it may even have a walk through to connect if they are compatible.
