• They slip out a lot, even after I changed the tips.

• They fall right out of my ear when I sweat, even with the largest tips. I have this problem with almost any pair of earbuds, though, so my earholes might be freakishly big.

• They slip out SECONDS after being inserted. They are NOT good for that. That's the only issue with them

• Yes they do for me. They have never came out yet I have a very physical job.

• For me, yes they do. You've gotta make sure you have the proper size insert for your ear.
