They come with different size rubbers that fit into your ears so the small ones will probably fit great.. And they are not very big ear buds..
Yes they are .I recommended them to a friend with unusually small ears and she hasn't had any problems. Smaller ear inserts comes with them.

You call fool around with the extra/alternative parts they give you but I could find a pair I liked. They would bother me mainly when touching them after being in my ear for a while. I would recommend the smaller bean looking ones cant remember the name but I love those and I have small ears. Thinks they're bud live or something in that manner.
I consider my ears small and they constantly slip out
