• As long as it's Bluetooth I would assume so. I've connected mine to several different Bluetooth devices like laptops, tvs and such.

• Depends, The Galaxy buds use a Bluetooth connection. If your computer supports Bluetooth you should be able to pair to the PC. I can't guarantee it but as long as you can normally talk through your desk phone using your PC it should work normally. They typically have a 15 day return policy in any case so I would suggest giving it a try
