I can not get these to to pair with the app on my phone. I have looked this problem up on youtube and did everything it says to do and they still will not pair to the app. They paired to my phone and I can listen to music and answer calls. null

You may need to be specific about what app and what type phone you are talking about. If you mean the app that controls the settings, look under Galaxy Wearables. You may have to reset or reboot phone entirely. Otherwise, depending on how long you have had the earbuds, Geek Squad may help you.
