Yes they should. If you have Windows 10 and Swift Pair enabled in settings under devices and Bluetooth, they will work especially well and pair easily with your computer with a small notification that appears in the bottom-right. Switching between your Note and Inspiron should also be simple. If your computer is older and does not have Windows 10, the experience won't be as seamless but they will connect with any computer, as long as it has Bluetooth of course.

Hello Starlin, you can use your buds to pair to your computer as long as it has bluetooth capabilities. You will not have all the features that the Galaxy Buds+ offer because it won't be functioning in connection with our Galaxy Wearables App. Thank you for your question! ^Samsung Brand Ambassador
