• First of all, these are not hearing aids, they can damage a person's ears with prolonged used. And, sadly no, you cannot purchase or replace the charging case without purchasing a whole new pair. Once again, do not use these as hearing aids, as they could damage a person's ear drums and canal even more.

• Don't think so. Best work around is buy another set and you will have a new charger for all 4 earbuds.
