• You can download the Galaxy Wearable app from the play store. After you download it, have your Bluetooth on and when you open the app, it'll start the process and will search for the buds. The rest you will find as you go.

• You should be able to just open the case and if your bluetooth is on, on your phone and you have the latest updates, it should cause a popup on the nearest samsung device and all ya gotta do is hit accept and connect. Then itll connect every time.

• It should. Check to see if you have the Samsung Wearables app. If not, then download it. Also you could go to Settings, Connections,Bluetooth. Have the case open so the phine will tind your earbuds then pair them
