• I think the pros work the best when it comes to ANC. I bought my boyfriend some $375 Sony earbuds, and the Galaxy buds pro worked so much better.

• About as good as ear buds get. If you want good noise cancelling you should get over the ear stuff. Ear buds are meant for activities when you probably shouldn't have outside noise canceled, like running on the street.
